Ben is originally from Vancouver, B.C., Canada, and has a passion for seeing people come to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and experience the love of Christian community. He studied at Columbia Bible College, earning his degree in Biblical Theology, and spent two years serving on pastoral staff at a local church in Canada before following God’s call to Boston.

Ben loves meeting people from all ages, cultures, and backgrounds, and has a particular heart for young adults. He is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping people discover how God is at work in their lives. His favorite passage is 2 Corinthians 1:3–4, which speaks of God's comfort!

Ben and his wife, Hanna, who is an optometry student at NECO live in Back Bay and love exploring Boston: walking around, admiring the city’s beauty, meeting people, and eating all kinds of cultural cuisines... all while living life with their two cats.
